It is easy to put a number on the screen of the killings in relation to the whole population, but when you Start putting out the number of killings in relation to a specific group of people the % is much higher. If there are 1000 murders a day in a population of 1 000 000 people, but 50 of those murders are against a specific group that only had 5000 people you have a much higher %. Put that into a scenario where political leaders openly ask for that group to be killed and not a single minister of the leading party are willing to speak out against that and the justice system refuse to call it hate speech...then yes we are talking about a genocide.
